Hello everyone!!! It is that time of year again for the LIBBA Marine Biology Scholarship Fundraiser Dinner to be held at Atlantis Marine World. This year's event will be Friday, November 7, 2008 form 630-1030pm. Ticket prices are $55 for adults, and $40 for children.

We are not only looking for people to buy tickets for the dinner, we are also looking for donations for raffles and a silent auction. Past year’s event sponsors donated items and services such as fishing tackle, fishing trips, dinners at local restaurants, wines, pictures, quilts, concert tickets, dental plans, family portraits, furniture, travel vouchers, and books. If you interested in making a donation of an item or service, please let me know.

Email me for a a flier for the dinner as well as a reservation form. Please pass along to anyone who might be interested in attending or donating items.

These students will be the future biologists who will work to protect our marine environment so we will be able to continue to enjoy fishing, boating, diving, swimming, nature watching, or just hang out on the beach with friends and family.
